Pre-press:

AGFA GEVAERT REPROMASTER 2100 CAMERA:

This is used to shoot and convert artwork into contacts, negatives/positive firm/transparencies.

PLATE MAKER MACHINE:

Produces printing plates of various sizes, including Sord size, which is about the largest.


Press:

MOZPS

This is a 2 colour printing machine. It prints 2 colours at a time and is absolutely good for full process colour jobs like Almanacs, Diaries, Labels and Stickers, Calendars of any size, Large Posters and the likes. It also numbers and perforates as it prints making the job much faster. It is equally able to print 10,000 sheets per hour.

PLATEN 10” BY 15”
            This machine is used for numbering of receipts, invoice, delivery note and the likes. It is also used in perforating, creasing and letter assembly.

Post Press:

  POLAR 115
            Used to cut and trim finished products.

ELECTRIC STITCHING MACHINE
            It is for stitching printed jobs like Books, pamphlets, prospectus, magazines and the likes.

PUNCHING MACHINE
            This is an essential machine for wall and table calendars. It facilitates punching of calendars before fixing the spiral wires.

   PRESSING MACHINE
            This is used for the pressing of jobs that require padding process.
